GALLERY3 is a purpose built exhibition space in the heart of Shrewsbury. It is run by the SADAA Art Panel on a not-for-profit basis and showcases contemporary artworks.

New exhibition @ Gallery3

Nada Velickovic, a Shrewsbury based artist is exhibiting what must be the largest piece of artwork that Gallery3 has every shown. The painting measuring 15’ x 6’ and is made up of 40 individual canvases.

Nada’s aim in this large work is to describe the sensations that receiving a memory of significance may conjure. The work took 7 months to paint and when assembled will occupy one whole wall of the gallery.

The exhibition runs from 26th February to 12th April 2010

There will be an opportunity to meet Nada at her exhibition private view on the evening of Friday 26th February (7pm to 9pm) All welcome.
